South Surrey

South Surrey is a family-friendly neighbourhood that offers residents so many amenities that they might not ever have to leave the area to find what they’re looking for. South Surrey’s natural spaces, a plentitude of outdoor activities, and stunning views make it a popular for those with an outdoorsy, adventurous spirit. South Surrey has a thriving arts community, as well as fantastic shopping amenities, and recreational facilities.  The community includes the beautiful Boundary Bay coastline including historic Crescent Beach. Set away from busier areas, South Surrey provides a refreshing mix of city and nature, with forests and waterways. South Surrey is located in the southern portion of the province, near White Rock and the Canada/ United States border. South Surrey is part of the second largest city in British Columbia (Surrey) and is less than an hour away from Vancouver. 

White Rock

White Rock is an exciting seaside community clustered around an eight kilometre sandy beach and the warm shallow waters of Semiahmoo Bay. The City of White Rock offers excellent recreational programs and facilities including the Promenade and Centennial Park, with its ice arena, curling rink and ravine trails. The magnificent beachfront and the 1,500 ft. long pier are the most widely known landmarks. Known for its small city atmosphere and personality, White Rock is located in the southwest corner of the Lower Mainland and is bordered on the south by the United States and the shores of Semiahmoo Bay, on the north, east and west by Surrey. White Rock is 45 kilometres from Vancouver and only five minutes to the Canada/US border. 


Cloverdale

Cloverdale boasts all the warmth of a close-knit community with the convenience of urban essentials. Explore the unique variety of restaurants, coffee spots and boutique-style shops. Cloverdale is characterized by a mix of historic and newer neighbourhoods. Drawing on its rich agricultural and pioneer heritage, Cloverdale is home to the annual Cloverdale Rodeo. Cloverdale is the third largest community in Surrey. The western border runs along 160th Street and connects with 48th Avenue, which is the southern border. To the east is Langley and to the north are Guildford and Fleetwood, separated by 84th Avenue and 76th Avenue respectively.

Langley

Langley City is located near the southeastern corner of the Metro Vancouver regional district, in the southwest corner of British Columbia, Canada. It borders the City of Surrey on its west, the Fraser River on its north, Aldergrove to the east, and The USA to the south.

Surrey

Delta

Delta is a vibrant municipality that is rich in soil and water, rich in history and industry, and especially rich in people. Delta boasts a wealth of sports and recreational facilities, and many bike and walking trails in a varied network of parks including waterfront parks on the Fraser River, Boundary Bay and Strait of Georgia. The municipality also has one of the fastest growing industrial areas in Greater Vancouver. Delta is a vibrant municipality that is rich in soil and water, rich in history and industry, and especially rich in people. Delta encompasses 180 square kilometres bordered by the Fraser River on the north, the United States border and Boundary Bay on the south, the City of Surrey on the east and the Strait of Georgia on the west.


North Delta

All of the natural beauty and recreation in North Delta makes it a fantastic place to live. North Delta is full of parks, luscious trees, nature, and great communities with excellent schools and 3 recreation centres. North Delta offers naturally forested areas, fantastic views of Burns Bog, large building lots, and close proximity to Highway #91 and #99. North Delta has many access and exit points leading to multiple highways so getting into downtown Vancouver or South to the Canada/US Border is a breeze.

Abbotsford

The tight-knit community of Abbotsford is known for having a family-friendly vibe.
